Characteristics

1. Non-stickness: Almost all matters don't adhere to Teflon film. The very thin film can also display good non-sticky performance.

2. Heat resistance: Teflon film has excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance. It can resist high temperature of 300°C in short time, can be continuously used at 240°C~260°C, has obvious heat stability, can operate at chilling temperature, neither embrittle, and nor melt at high temperature.

3. Sliding property: Teflon film has low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the load slides, but its numerical value maintains at 0.05-0.15.

4. Moisture resistance: The surface of Teflon film doesn't stain water or oil, and is not easy to stain solution during production and operation, and if it is stained with a little dirt, the dirt can be eliminated by simple wiping. It has short downtime, saves working hours, and improves work efficiency.

5. Wear resistance: Under high load, it has excellent wear resistance. Under certain load, it has advantages of wear resistance and non-stickness.

6. Corrosion resistance: Telfon is hardly eroded by drugs, and can protect parts from being subject to any chemical corrosion.
