Application Field

Mainly suitable for severe cold regions. The solar energy special silicon rubber heat tape has functions of hot water pipe heat preservation, thawing, snow melting, etc. The silicon rubber is featured by high temperature, high cold and ageing resistance.

Characteristics

A. The silicon rubber product can resist temperature of -60-200°C, ageing, acid and alkali, and water, has excellent electrical properties, has been applied to silicon rubber cable, and has longer service life.

B. Automatic operation. When put in inlet or outlet pipe, it maintains temperature of water in the pipe at 50-60°C, and if installed in the outlet pipe, it can boil the water, and doesn't waste cold water. It can replace emptier, and doesn't have ice plug in winter.

C. PTC electric heat tape, it doesn't cause overlarge starting current, and doesn't have hidden danger of incapability of work and fire when used in severe cold regions.

D. After internally installed in the pipe, 3m electric heat tape can make 5-10m pipeline preserve heat at 20-50°C, and consumed power is 50-100W. The common 5-10m PTC electric heat tape consumes power of 100-200W. The lower the temperature, the larger the consumed power.

E. The original screw is sealed integrally, ensuring easy installation. After put in the pipe, it never leaks water after butting and screwing the three-way screw.

F. Overtemperature protection function, over-current protection function, safe protection. It has better using effect when matching with intelligent water temperature water level.

G. According to requirements of heated devices, it can bend and wind at will, and has little space occupation size, and simple and rapid installation method. The heating element is sleeved with silica gel insulator. The tin-copper pigtail has the effect of preventing mechanical defect, and can conduct to the ground. Complete moisture proofing.
